Anyone is invited to participate in this hackathon.
All participants must register at www.sportshackweekend.org to participate in this hackathon.
If you don't have a team, small teams can be formed on the first day of the hackathon. Teams with interdisciplinary skills are typically the most successful ones - a suggestion for a 'good' team mix is to have members with these skill sets:
- UX and Design
- Business and Marketing
Topic: Sports wearables
The following are technologies and wearables devices that will be available for use at the Hackathon. Note that you have the option to bring your own wearable device. You can also combine different technologies and wearable devices together (as long as the provided supplies are enough to satisfy all participants needs); the only requirement will be that the combined solution uses the Bluemix Cloud platform.
Platforms: IBM Bluemix (bluemix.net) - mandatory
Devices: (these devices will be available at the hackathon; you have the option to bring your own wearable device)
